Job Description:
Seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering excellent service and support.
Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
* Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries
* Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
* Maintain accurate customer records
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
* Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling systems
* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
