This role is a Front Desk Administrator for the Miller/Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency. • Reach monthly appointment goals
• Develop sales leads and follow-ups
• Provide information about insurance products and services
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Assist taking payments in office as well as over the phone
• Outbound calling including cold calls to potential customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experience in customer service
• Must have Illinois State Insurance License, or willing to get licensed before starting
• Ability to work part‑time

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
