As a Customer Relations Representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will be the first point of contact and generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a good fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of community members.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Take payments in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter who can make decisions independently.
- Experience in customer service.
- Office experience is a must.
- Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
Position is part-time.
Compensation: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
