Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct social-emotional support and counseling services to students, addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies that promote student success.
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and provide recommendations for appropriate services and accommodations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Advocate for students by connecting them with community resources and support services to address academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student well-being.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Illinois State Certification as a School Psychologist and Professional Educator License (PEL).
  • Proven experience working with diverse student populations and implementing social-emotional interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
