Day-To-Day Substitute Teacher
Under supervision of the Assistant Principal, our day-to-day substitute teachers will:
Serve as a role model and witness to our faith community Embrace the Augustinian values of Truth, Unity and Love Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Implement the absent teacher's written plans with fidelity Document student progress, activities, and outcomes as directed by the teacher Leave detailed notes for the absent teacher Utilize available technology to enhance lesson Create a flexible, safe, and optimal learning environment Credentials:
State of Illinois Teaching License OR Substitute Teacher Certificate Required Bachelor's Degree Required VIRTUS Certification (Protecting God's Children) Certificate Required (Can obtain prior to hire) Background Check Required High school classroom teaching experience Preferred Compensation: $110/day Application Procedure:
