Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program emphasizes in-field learning and development. Project Engineers master critical construction skills and participate in a competency-based mentoring program to prepare for leadership roles in project management, estimating, construction management, and more.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and production rate tracking
- Estimating
- Budget preparation and project cost control

The Project Engineer role involves on-site work across the greater Chicago area (approximately 50% on-site).
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree – preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- At least one relevant internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Reliable transportation from office to job-sites
