Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer II to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and execution of mechanical systems and components for industrial and food automation machinery
.

You’ll work hands-on with automation, pneumatic, and structural designs
, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring high-quality machines from concept to reality.

✔️ Develop and manage project plans, priorities, and objectives across multiple engineering initiatives

✔️ Design mechanical parts and assemblies using Solid Works
, following engineering standards and best practices

✔️ Create, review, and maintain accurate 2D/3D drawings for manufacturing and quality control

✔️
Select components and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing

✔️
Assemble and test prototypes
, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems
, to validate performance

✔️ Perform other engineering duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Solid Works
  , 2D drafting, and mechanical design
• Strong troubleshooting skills across pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
  , component selection, and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

🎓
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

🕒 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in automation

⚙️

Experience with
RB, food, ESL, and XP machine design

📁 Proficiency with document control systems (e.g., Smar Team)

📦 Background in filling, capping, or packaging machinery is highly desirable
