Senior Finance & FP&A Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive transformation initiatives across key financial processes and operating models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• MBA or advanced professional qualification strongly desired
• 10+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on finance transformation, process improvement, M&A, and organizational change
• Deep expertise in core financial processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Experience in financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-merger integration
• Background in shared services design, outsourcing, and vendor selection
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements and manage teams in fast‑paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience handling large, complex datasets
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and Adaptive is a plus
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
