Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Local candidates only. This is a hybrid position located in Glenview, just off of 294.

Steven Douglas has been retained by our private equity client to identify a Manager of FP&A for a global $400M manufacturing business. Reporting to the VP, Financial Reporting & Analysis, this individual will be primarily responsible for preparing management reports, planning and forecasting corporate operating expenses, and overall finance support for the corporate functions.

We are looking for someone with the analytical horsepower to dig in, understand a business, and build out analytics. You will develop and monitor thoughtful financial analyses and key performance indicators to provide timely insights into trends, profitability, and growth drivers. This visible position will partner with functional and business leaders to understand key drivers and deliver actionable financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have private equity and manufacturing industry experience, along with 5+ years of exposure to financial planning and analysis activities.

Pluses include an advanced degree, CFA or CPA certification, M&A experience and familiarity with SAP, One Stream, and/or Power BI.
