Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with at least 5 years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment
. This is a hands‑on finance role where you will turn operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Candidates must come directly from manufacturing operations — those without manufacturing experience will not be considered.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and operational performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing

• Deep understanding of manufacturing costs, operational KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
