Position: Relationship Banker - Bilingual Hindi Language Required

Job Description:

This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The incumbent will accurately process cash transactions and hold deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual Hindi language required.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Effective collaboration and strong relationship building.
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
  • Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Effective and confident communication, comfortable engaging all clients.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Confidence in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficient time and capacity management.
  • Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, and may be scheduled at any location within a reasonable distance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Either a Bachelor’s Degree or a business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

1st shift (United States of America). Hours Per Week: 40.

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.88, determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
