Shop 1921 is looking for a talented, dependable, and personable Barber to join our growing team.

We’re building a welcoming, community-focused barbershop where clients of all ages can get a great haircut in a comfortable, relaxed environment. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys connecting with clients, and wants to be part of a positive team.

• Strong haircutting and grooming skills
• Comfortable cutting men and boys hair.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Someone who takes pride in providing a great client experience
• Previous barbershop experience preferred, but motivated barbers are encouraged to apply

• Provide quality haircuts and grooming services
• Create a welcoming experience for every client
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
  
  Follow shop standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service
