** Transition to Practice Program:
** Our Transition to Practice Program bridges educational and professional development through:

The goal of the program is to equip new graduate nurses with the education and hands-on experience needed for a successful transition into clinical practice.
** Program Highlights:
*** Six Sessions (11 month) Transition to Practice Program
* 8-12 weeks of new graduate orientation with an appointed preceptor
** Eligibility Requirements:
** Candidates must:
* Be completing their final semester of an accredited AND/BSN/MSN program within six months or have graduated within the last six months of the start of the program.
* Hold a valid Illinois RN license verified by the IDFPR website or have official NCLEX exam results indicating eligibility to practice under pending license by time of the start of the program.
* Possess a BLS CPR card through American Heart Association.

Hiring decisions are based on a match between candidate skills and the availability of shifts aligned with current nursing needs. While most newly graduated RNs are typically hired into Full-Time Night shift (7:00PM –7:00 AM) positions, we value exceptional talent and may consider other available shift options when appropriate.
Available Units Include:
Medical Surgical   Telemetry   Neurology   Oncology   Inpatient Surgical Post-Op       These departments are foundational floors to build and perfect your skills as a new graduate nurse.
Compensation  
· The pay for the New Grad RN position is $35. 00 per hour.

· The new graduate nurse may be hired into a Graduated Nurse Assistant (GNA) position prior to completing license requirements at a pay rate of $27.00 per hour.

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
