What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design, develop, and execute clinical and population health analyses using diverse data sources to identify actionable opportunities for improving health outcomes
  • Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics align with organizational priorities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
  • Provide mentorship and consultative support to colleagues across the enterprise
  • Manage projects efficiently to successful completion, ensuring high-quality analytic outputs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of experience in leading design and execution of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
  • 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
  • 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
  • 3 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
  • Experience developing analytic applications or dashboards to support self-service analytics
  • Proven ability to refine and prioritize analytic questions in ambiguous problem spaces
