Requirements:
- 2 years Cath Lab experience
- Experience with heart caths, PCI, IABP insertions, STEMI call, IVUS/IFR and interventional radiology cases
- COVID and Flu vaccination
- BLS and ACLS
- 30 minute response time for call
- ARRT (RCIS will not be approved)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications(must be active)
- Illinois license
- ACLS (AHA)
