The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and HR policies/ procedures. They will have strong experience in the Personal Care or an FDA regulated manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities- Recruit and Onboard new hires
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees within the Plant
- Work directly with Plant Leadership to maintain plant staffing budget
- Manage recruitment selection and retention of Plant employees
- Design employee training, monitor attendance and progress
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources within Manufacturing
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
