Recruiter​/HR Coordinator

Job Details:

Starcon, a Cianbro company, is seeking a Craft Recruiter/ HR Coordinator to join our team based in New Lenox, IL. The successful candidate will have a solid background recruiting craft employees for the local area (preferably in the industrial and manufacturing sector) and will be the primary point of contact for Human Resources activity in the region. They will stablish and maintain professional networking relationships and outreach efforts with organizations such as colleges, high schools, and trade schools to develop a pipeline of people wanting to work in the industry, and maintain an active roster of qualified craft individuals for staffing projects.

This role will also serve as the Human Resources point of contact for the region. In this role you will visit local worksites to present HR-related information such as benefits overviews, open enrollment awareness, and other HR efforts to current team members. This will also include involvement in Employee Relations by being a resource for those team members to ask questions or report complaints.

This role reports directly to Starcon's Director of Human Resources.
