We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data architecture, specifically with Databricks, data fabric, and AWS. This role is critical in designing and implementing robust data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. The Senior Data Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility while driving innovation in our data strategy.
Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Databricks and AWS.
- Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of data technologies and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data architects and team members.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and analytics.
- Proven expertise as a Data Architect with a strong focus on Databricks.
- In-depth knowledge of data fabric concepts and implementation.
- Extensive experience with AWS services related to data storage, processing, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in data architecture.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data architecture, cloud technologies, or data management are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex data projects from conception to implementation.
