Our client is seeking a Project Manager with merger/integration, digital transformation, or payments industry experience.
This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to Riverwoods, IL.
Responsibilities- Support organizational initiatives related to mergers, integrations, or digital transformation efforts (as applicable).
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into clear project requirements and actionable work plans.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and change controls with sound judgment and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide concise, effective status updates and executive-based communication.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams—ensuring clarity without relying heavily on technical depth.
- Experience in merger/integration, digital transformation, or organizational change projects.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
