Senior Contracts Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish)

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $49.00/hr

Role overview: You’ll join the Legal & Compliance team to provide contractual expertise, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal business units with commercial and contractual matters.

Rate: $40-49/hr (W2)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including MSAs, NDAs, and partner contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations (including GDPR), and industry standards.
• Provide contractual advice and expert guidance to internal teams (Sales, Product, Delivery).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address legal risks, implement company policies, and update standard terms.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of contract templates; provide training in contracting practices.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a commercial/contract management role.
• Legal degree qualification or equivalent experience in a contractual environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms with ability to draft, explain, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Familiarity with international regulations (GDPR, cross-border transactions).
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish-speaking ability (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
