We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Director of the Office of CEO. This role is critical to maximizing the effectiveness of the Office of CEO, who partners closely with senior leadership to shape YASH’s strategic direction and deliver enterprise-wide transformation. The ideal candidate is a trusted confidante and proven operator who brings strong communication skills alongside deep financial, analytical, and operational acumen to lead change and drive execution in a complex organization.
Key Responsibilities Trusted Advisor to the Office of CEO- Serve as a key thought partner to the Office of CEO on all business and organizational matters, providing counsel, respectfully challenging assumptions, and supporting high-impact decision making
- Drive the execution of the Office of CEO’s strategic agenda and operational priorities.
- Manage the Office of CEO’s time and priorities, including meeting preparation and follow-up on action items.
- Scope, plan, and execute ad-hoc initiatives on behalf of the Office of CEO, coordinating cross-functionally, tracking KPIs, and removing barriers
- Conduct structured problem-solving, market and internal research, and performance analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Partner across all functions of YASH including Service Lines, Business Development, HR, Finance, etc.
- Perform deep data analysis and prepare concise executive-ready materials to support data-driven decisions.
- Lead executive governance processes, including committee management, agenda-setting, materials preparation, and follow-through
- Track enterprise KPIs and strategic commitments, holding leaders accountable to outcomes and timelines
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, performance, and operational rigor
- A strategic thinker who translates ideas into action
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- A clear, concise communicator comfortable engaging senior leaders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
- Desire to be a future global executive with P'L responsibility
- 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, general management/operations, Chief of Staff, or P'L roles (IT services or Technology industry experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree; MBA from a top‑tier program preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities with experience leading complex initiatives
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills across senior executives and global teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficient at multitasking
- Willingness to travel on short notice
