Job Summary:
- Recruit, hire, train, and lead a team of field representatives and managers in attaining company goals in the area of assigned responsibility
- Establish sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across all 4 distribution channels (call points)
- Open up the full potential of all territories by securing INN status with key payers in underserved areas
- Develop a network of KOLs that will further payer goals and ensure the retention of the business in the area assigned
