This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with strong multi-site oversight skills to advance their career in the Chicago suburban market. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily operations, oversee maintenance staff, and ensure top-tier service for tenants while supporting building improvements and long-term property value enhancement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all operational activities across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
  • Supervise and direct maintenance personnel, creating and managing prioritized daily work lists.
  • Ensure superior property appearance and maintenance standards in line with company guidelines.
  • Procure and analyze competitive bids for building projects and improvements.
  • Monitor key facility systems such as lighting, safety equipment, and security.
  • Coordinate and manage new tenant move-ins to meet occupancy deadlines.
  • Maintain excellent tenant relations, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in executing building renovations and tenant improvement projects.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reporting on findings.
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple commercial office buildings.
  • Expertise in supervising maintenance staff and overseeing building operations.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel between buildings within the assigned portfolio.
