In this hands-on role, you will manage daily operations, oversee maintenance staff, and ensure top-tier service for tenants while supporting building improvements and long-term property value enhancement.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all operational activities across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
- Supervise and direct maintenance personnel, creating and managing prioritized daily work lists.
- Ensure superior property appearance and maintenance standards in line with company guidelines.
- Procure and analyze competitive bids for building projects and improvements.
- Monitor key facility systems such as lighting, safety equipment, and security.
- Coordinate and manage new tenant move-ins to meet occupancy deadlines.
- Maintain excellent tenant relations, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist in executing building renovations and tenant improvement projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reporting on findings.
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial office buildings.
- Expertise in supervising maintenance staff and overseeing building operations.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with effective time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel between buildings within the assigned portfolio.
