, known for innovation, quality, and continuous growth. With this, they are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-performing site to oversee the private fleet's operations and maintenance.
As the Fleet Maintenance Manager you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring on-time delivery and owning the reliability and maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for fleet maintenance and repair operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal asset performance.
- Develop and implement fleet maintenance programs, ensuring high vehicle uptime.
- Lead, train, and mentor onsite teams to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance of fleet assets with local and federal regulatory standards.
- Lead the selection and relationship management with third party vendors.
- Instill a culture of accountability both internally and with external partners.
- Identify and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve vehicle performance and reliability.
- Be an effective communicator to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in fleet maintenance / fleet operations.
- 7+ years of experience in fleet operations or industrial maintenance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
