This highly visible role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s global service organization, strengthening service infrastructure, and enabling market expansion across multiple regions. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to define the global service strategy, implement best-in-class systems, and continue to build upon an already great team with an excellent culture.

• Proven experience leading large-scale service or customer operations within a global industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in scaling service organizations, developing global processes, and implementing service management systems.
• Strong background in team building, leadership development, and cross-cultural management.
• Demonstrated success driving customer experience, operational efficiency, and service profitability.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of entering new markets and aligning service infrastructure with business growth.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
