SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE - $2,500 for day shift hire and $3,500 for night shift hire - this will be paid out over a 1-year period

IFF is seeking someone to join our Sanitation team in Gibson City, IL. As a Sanitation person in this location, you will work in a unionized, industrial environment. 8-hour days/5 days a week. We offer a competitive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holiday and a bonus plan.
** Primary responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:
*** Handling cleaning/sanitizing chemicals
* Running floor scrubber
* Sweeping/mopping areas
* Follow daily check list* ###
** Minimum qualifications for this position include:
*** High School or GED
* Ability to work safely, including but not limited to use of proper personal protective equipment, such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes
* Able to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions, according to the season
* Must be in good physical health
* Must be able to climb ladders
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Must be able to read/write and follow instructions
* Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively
* Ability to determine proper tools and equipment needed to perform a task
