Introduction

Introduction The Sponsorrequiressupport in operating andmaintainingan AWS hosted software application and underlyingdatabases.

Thissupportincludesbugfixesofthecurrentapplicationandevolving/enhancing the applicationcommensuratewith user feedback, Contractor-provided recommendations, and the Sponsor's strategic growth. This support includes ensuring compliance with all IT / security / other applicable policies, advising the Sponsor on risk mitigation to ensure future policy compliance, and adherence to a Contractor-recommended and Sponsor-approved Configuration Management processes.

Contractorshallprovideoperationsandmaintenancesupportfor Sponsorsystem,toincludeunderlying databases and cloud infrastructure.

Contractorshallresolvebugs,implementenhancementstoimprovetheuserinterface/experience,and evolve the systemin accordance withthe Sponsor’s mission and new data sources.

Contractorshalldevelopandimplementbothanimmediate“hotfix”andalonger-termreleasecyclethat allows for both critical and incremental changes.

Contractorshallperformcontinuousmonitoring(duringregularbusinesshours) ofsystemfunctionality and data ingestion.

Contractorshallmaintainan Interface Control Documentdescribingthestandardsandallowable  schema(s) for new data sets to be ingested into the system.

Contractorshallensurethe Systemretainsaccreditationandiscompliantwith Sponsorsecuritydirectives  and regulations and consistent with ICD 503, FISMA, and all other legal and technical compliance activities.

Contractorshallmaintaincompliancewithallmonitoringsystemsrequiredforenterpriseapplications, including Cloud Watch,Splunkand others as required by the Sponsor.

Contractor shall maintain

Non-Person Entity PKI certs for the System, and update certs as required. Contractorshallidentify,evaluate,propose,and implement,with Sponsorapproval,interfaceswherethe System may enrich other current and future Sponsor constructs (databases, applications, networks).

Contractor shall propose and implement, with Sponsor approval, an Engineering Change Management processthatenablesevaluating,prioritizing,resourcing,deconflicting,testing,andimplementingchanges to the architecture or processes.

Contractorshallproposeandimplement,with Sponsorapproval,aKnowledge

Managementprocessand environment which documents and archives architectures, processes, schedules, or other artifacts as required, using MS Office fileformats.

Contractorshallproposeandimplement,with Sponsorapproval,aConfiguration

Managementprocess which develops, publishes, and updates architecture baselines and changes to the System, formally delivered in MS Office file formats.

Contractorshallproposeandimplement,with Sponsorapproval,afeedbackprocesswhichsurveysthe user community on recommendations on System enhancements or defect resolution.

Contractorshallmaintainuserguidesandtrainingmaterialsforthe System,andprovidebothformaland ad hoc informal training sessions.

Contractorshallproposeandimplement,with Sponsorapproval,anissueandriskmanagementworkflow thatidentifiesprogrammatic or technical matters of concern

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

The Contractor shall have the following required skills, certifications, anddemonstratedexperience:

• Demonstratedexperienceinsoftwaredesignanddevelopmentusingthefullsuiteof Enterprise Sec Dev Opstools  to support Continuous Integration / Continuous Development services and microservices ona cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in full stack web application software development using Vue (Java script),FastAPI(Python),andPostgre

• Demonstratedexperienceincloudinfrastructure-as-codenetworkingandserviceadministration,to includedeploying,operating, andmaintainingweb services ona cloud infrastructure.
