- Provide assembly planning and manufacturing engineering support for Building Construction and Earth Moving Equipment product lines.
- Configure and maintain Assembly Value Streams in Pinpoint, including sections, stations, zones, and detailed assembly operations.
- Set up and manage Pinpoint integration for torque tools, fixtures, and in-process validation (IPV) checks.
- Integrate torque tools, sockets, and quality inspection devices with Pinpoint to enable preventive controls and interlock mechanisms within the assembly process.
- Integrate Andon systems with the Pinpoint application and production tracking dashboards to develop station- and zone-level performance metrics, including cycle time, material downtime, and tool/fixture downtime.
- Support and work with Manufacturing Execution Systems for Assembly (MESA).
- Develop, update, and maintain standard work documentation and visual work instructions in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, quality, and efficiency, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Provide ongoing support to manufacturing operations by defining and implementing tooling, processes, and equipment to meet shop floor needs.
- Establish manufacturing standards and collaborate with shop personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to processes, tooling, and equipment.
- 8+ years of hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience in an assembly environment.
- 8+ years of direct experience working with Pinpoint for assembly operations.
- Strong experience in assembly line setup, tooling integration, and manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and support high-volume production environments.
