Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join on 2nd Shift in New Lenox, IL.
In this role, you will be responsible for stacking bundles of corrugated material onto the automated palletizing section of production machinery. This fast-paced position requires continuously placing products onto open pallet spaces as the pallet rotates in front of you - ideal for individuals who enjoy active, engaging work and have great spatial awareness (similar to a Tetri-style stacking process).
Job Requirements- Experience: 2-3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and stacking of up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently.
- Communication: Ability to understand, read, and follow verbal and written work instructions in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work mandatory overtime shifts as needed.
- Safety & Gear: Must possess and wear composite-toe or steel-toe safety shoes.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and reliable transportation are a must - your team counts on you!
- Screening: Ability to pass a standard drug test, background check, and E-Verify.
