A mature religious organization in the United States is seeking a senior pastor to lead its members in growth, community service, and vision execution. The ideal candidate should have strong biblical preaching abilities and respect traditional values while embracing change. Responsibilities include feeding the congregation with sound teaching and engaging youth and families in outreach efforts. Pastoral experience is preferred but not required, and living in the church manse is strongly preferred.
