Clinic RN, Neurology position at UW Health Swedish American.

100% FTE, Day Shift role. Work days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm;
Wednesday 7:30 am–11:30 am.

Location:

1340 Charles St. Clinic, Rockford.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (required).
• Proof of high school diploma or equivalent, or highest degree completed (required).
• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois (required).
• Bi-annual CPR certification (required).
• Computer experience (required).
• 1 year of professional nursing experience (preferred).
