Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio LPN License Required

Kingston of Vermilion is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled, resident-focused care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor residents’ health conditions and communicate changes promptly to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes and holistic care

Provide leadership and support to CNAs, helping maintain high standards of care

Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred

Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills

Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
