As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in developing, coordinating, and delivering care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will maintain the highest standards of professional nursing while supervising other healthcare workers as assigned.

• Develop and coordinate patient care plans for Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac drips and post-surgical cases
• Provide care for adult and geriatric patients
• Maintain professional nursing standards
• Supervise CNAs/SNAs or other healthcare workers
• Active IL License required
• BLS/CPR (AHA) certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Need 4 years experience in Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
