Telemetry Nurse
Develops, coordinates and delivers care to Telemetry patients. Maintains the standards of professional nursing. Supervises CNA/SNA or other health care workers as assigned.
Requirement description:
- 4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Required - Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post surgical cases
- Required - Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients
- Required - Active IL License is required at time of submission*
- BLS/CPR (AHA) - Required
- NIHSS
- Required - ACLS
- Required - Current documentation of Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate (must include a copy in traveler submission) - Required
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated
- Required
Certification requirements:
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIH
- BLS (AHA)
State license requirements:
- Illinois
