* Summary:

** Provides professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse provides care consistent with the standards of professional nursing. Provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned.

** Requirements:
** Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. Previous RN experience in specialty area required. CPR and any additional certifications for specialty area.
FULL TIME (0.9)— minimum of three (3) twelve (12) hour scheduled shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday every week.

Weekend Warriors are allowed one weekend off per quarter. (Quarters based on calendar year January 1 through December 31). Weekend off requires manager review and approval.
Two weekend shift trades are allowed per quarter. The employee may not carry over unused trades or their weekend off into the next Weekend warrior program. Trades require manager review and approval.  F/T employees will remain on their holiday rotation. If a holiday falls on a weekday, the employee will work their holiday and be taken off a normal scheduled weekend shift.

P/T employees will be required to work the holiday if it falls on the weekend. When PTO is used it will be paid at the base rate.
There will also be a contract you will have to sign for the agreement.

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:$35.00 - $42.50
