Job Summary
Develops, coordinates and delivers care to newly delivered maternity patient population on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Maintains the standards for IBCLC lactation consultants as delineated by the International Lactation Consultant Association. Collaborates with RN or other health care workers as appropriate.
Qualifications- Certification by International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC).
- Previous experience as Lactation Consultant in a hospital or clinic setting required.
- CPR certification.
- Must be available to work day/evening and/or weekend hours; 12‑hour shifts.
Days – 12 Hours, 12‑hour Shifts
