• Current RN license, valid in the state of Illinois (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical setting
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new electronic medical record (EMR) systems and facility protocols

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a Medical-Surgical unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' status, and communicate changes to interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, manage IVs, perform wound care, and support physicians with procedures
• Educate patients and families, fostering a collaborative healthcare experience
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and efficient unit workflow
