• Salary Range: $77,800‑$82,000
• Quality Control & Assurance — develop and execute test plans, inspection procedures, and audits.
• Monitor production processes and supplier materials for compliance; document and report defects, non‑conformities, and quality issues.
• Data Analysis & Reporting — analyze quality metrics and trends to identify root causes; prepare reports and recommend process improvements.
• Collaboration & Training — work with engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to resolve issues; provide training on quality standards and protocols.
• Compliance & Documentation — maintain quality documentation, including manuals and procedures; ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
• Customer Focus — investigate customer complaints and assist in corrective/preventive actions.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  2–5 years in quality assurance or quality control.
• Certifications:
  
  CQE, Six Sigma, or similar preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality‑related software.
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively; adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
