Be a part of the meat team and help with the quality, packaging, and display of meat items for members. You will be on the front lines of customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; flexible to the needs of the business
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the preparation of meat products according to established standards
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to support decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains work area per company policies and procedures; ensures quality and date control standards; secures fragile merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures products are packaged, labeled, and stored correctly
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Models high-quality service and product standards; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and coworkers; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.
