Position OverviewThe Regional Sales Director is a vital role focused on driving sales revenue growth and achieving revenue targets within assigned territories. This position requires a HUNTER approach to securing new customer accounts, managing existing relationships, and nurturing value‑added reseller partnerships. The Regional Director will conduct market and files and drive improvements. The Regional Director will analyze the current customer base, identify potential prospects, and develop strategies to enhance sales opportunities.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead‑generation initiatives.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Identify strategies to deepen customer relationships and oversee the execution of these strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Own the customer relationship before, during, and after the sale. - Work closely with value‑added resellers to expand market reach and drive additional sales opportunities.
- Plan and prepare sales processes, documentation, and presentations to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in customer interactions.
