Colin Fane State Farm is seeking a Sales Associate to join our successful and growing team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most through personalized insurance and financial product solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Acquisition Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized insurance and financial products that align with their requirements.
• Lead Generation Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Consultative Selling Conduct comprehensive consultations, identify coverage needs, and present suitable solutions clearly.
• Customer Relationship Management Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency success.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but a genuine passion for sales and a drive to succeed is welcome.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication to convey insurance concepts and deliver quality service.
• Customer-Centric Commitment to outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
• Goal-Oriented Self-motivated and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Insurance Knowledge Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous but not required.

Mon & Fri 9AM–5PM;
