We are seeking a proactive and driven Brand Advisor to join our team. This role is critical to the front end of our sales process, responsible for generating interest in our services through outbound communication and market research. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making introductory calls, identifying key decision-makers, and building high-quality prospecting lists using market data and industry segmentation.

- Conduct opening/introduction calls to potential customers across various commercial industries.
- Clearly communicate the value of our services and identify prospects interested in receiving quotes.
- Qualify leads to be passed to sales manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM software.
- Research and compile targeted prospect lists based on market data, geography, industry verticals, and customer profiles.
- Identify key contacts and decision-makers within targeted businesses.
- Leverage tools such as Linked In, industry databases, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms to build and enrich prospecting lists.
- Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify new outreach opportunities.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with insights that enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and shifts within relevant industries.
- Proactively generate and close Roof Care Plan (RCP) sales through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up on inbound leads, focusing on target accounts within assigned zip codes.
- Qualify customer needs, coordinate quotes with operations, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution to ensure predictable, repeatable results.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, support route-based growth, and collaborate with service and field teams to maximize customer retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term account value.
