Sleep Expert – Responsibilities

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that centers the customer. They will cultivate strong relationships, provide technical and product knowledge, and act as the subject matter expert.

The role involves driving individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Experts will maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving customer issues, sending delivery reminders, and more. They will stay aware of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors, and leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
