Role Overview
Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-powered Group Insurance Copilot) – 3 Month CTH
Location: Newark, hybrid (on-site at Capgemini or client location)
- Front‑end:
React (Next.js), Type Script, Redux Toolkit/RTK Query, Streaming Web Workers, styled systems (SASS/SCSS, Styled Components), Jest, React Testing Library. - Back‑end:
Node.js, Express‑like patterns, Next.js API routes, RESTful API, authentication, Docker, SSL/TLS and PKI. - Experience with real‑time data streaming (Web Sockets, Server‑Sent Events, Web Workers), enterprise authentication & compliance, and containerization.
- AWS Sage Maker deployment
- Nginx configuration
- Design system integration and web components
- LLM/AI chatbot integration
- 5+ years in React/Next.js development
- 3+ years with Redux Toolkit
- 2+ years with Type Script in production
- Enterprise application authentication and compliance
- Real‑time data streaming (Web Sockets, SSE, or Web Workers)
- Docker/containerization
- Domain knowledge in Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving for complex state management
- Ability to work with legacy systems
- Experience with strict security & compliance
- Clear technical communication and code review
- Self‑directed and capable of navigating large codebases
- Debug table mapping issues across multi‑tab interfaces
- Optimize chatbot response latency
- Integrate new API endpoints using RTK Query
- Build content tabs with complex visualizations
- Refactor Redux slices for performance
- Write unit tests for new components
- Handle production incidents related to auth or streaming
- Enterprise codebase (~50k lines Type Script/React)
- Agile Scrum methodology
- Code reviews required
- Docker‑based local dev
- AWS cloud infrastructure
- Strict security & compliance
- Experience with LLM AI applications
- Open source contributions to React libraries
- Migration from Pages Router to App Router
- Insurance claim workflow knowledge
- Design system implementation
- Turbopack optimization
