Logistics Coordinator

• Schedule, coordinate, and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to align shipping schedules
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure the best possible transportation costs
• Monitor shipment performance and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records
• Resolve or reconcile any billing discrepancies with carriers
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, carrier relationships, and freight coordination
• Proven ability to negotiate with carriers for optimal pricing and service
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)

• Experience with domestic and international shipping
• Experience navigating and fulfilling customs requirements for international shipments
• Experience with Haz Mat shipments
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to articulate and market logistics capabilities to external customers
