First for a reason: at First Student we are proud to train new part‑time school van drivers with industry‑leading technology and a supportive environment. No bus‑driver experience is required.

Your day will include:

• A split shift—an early morning before‑school pickup and an afternoon drop‑off with free hours in between
• A guaranteed shift of hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless you want to
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available

• $20.00 per hour starting wage (dependent on experience)
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus*
• $1,000 referral bonus*
• Paid training—CDL not required
