• Operate a sit-down propane quad forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick customer orders and accurately stack products onto pallets.
• Retrieve inventory from elevated storage locations.
• Use RF scanners to process and track orders.
• Wrap and secure completed pallets for shipment.
• Stage orders for outbound shipments.
• Load trucks with completed customer orders.
• Change propane tanks as needed.
• Handle steel pipe fittings and warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down propane forklift experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse order picking experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working with inventory stored at higher rack locations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• After 30 Days: $19.00/hour (based on attendance and performance)
• After 60 Days: $20.00/hour (based on attendance and performance)
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of monthly earnings
• Bonus potential can add approximately $1.80/hour to your overall earnings

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Must be available to stay until 5:00 PM when needed
• Saturday overtime available during busy seasons
• Additional overtime opportunities available as early as 5:00 AM

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
