Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate daily commitment to success.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.

• Experience with computer applications, especially Windows.

• Team‑player who can multi‑task and relate effectively to customers.
• Possesses Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain).
• Will complete courses on ethical and customer‑centered sales practices.
• Remains current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, no weekends.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

$18.00 – $35.00 per hour.
