Position OverviewThe district is seeking a current employee to provide hourly support for scheduling Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings for high school students. This position involves coordinating multiple calendars and ensuring availability of all required team members.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities- Schedule PPT meetings for high school students, coordinating with staff and families to confirm availability
- Manage and maintain scheduling records and communications.
- Utilize CT-SEDS to send PPT invitations (training will be provided as needed).
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
- Must be a current NLPS employee
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines efficiently
- Attention to details and commitment to accuracy
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole highly desirable.
