Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service provider - Foot Mobile - High End Residential Buildings – London – Up to £55,000 + Package PAYE or CISExciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW is recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial high-end residential contract in London covering 7 sites, the majority of these sites being in the Canary Wharf area and one in South West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment, ideally with some plumbing experience.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, overtime and further training.
- Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
- Up to £180 - £220 a day CIS (depending on experience)
- Overtime available
- Working hours:
7.30 – 17.00 Mon – Thu & 7.30 – 16.00 Fridays - £160 a month travel allowance

- Sample remedial action
- Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises
- Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing

- Repairing pipework and leaks
- Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
- Carry out general building maintenance
- City and Guilds in Plumbing
- City and Guilds in Water Treatment
- City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems
- Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
- Fully trained and knowledge
